As I prepare noodles with fried onions for garnish

Today I cooked burgers at dinner, and garnish husband asked to make noodles with fried onions. This side dish turns out very tasty, hearty, and cook it simply - one, two and all :)) I told him as I do.

Preparation:

We need a bulb. Cut it in small cubes.

In a frying pan melt the 50g of butter, and send back the chopped onion. Add some black pepper and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

While fried onions, cook noodles until cooked in the usual way. Do not forget to salt water. Nothing more to add.

Vermicelli is ready, leans back in a colander, drain the water and then return to the pot. Add the noodles to fried onions. Remains of the butter in a pan add too. Mix together all :))) can serve as a garnish.

Due to the taste of the onion pasta is improved and butter making noodles softer and makes it stick together. Such garnish should immediately submit, freshly cooked it is the most delicious. I usually submit this pasta with meatballs. Bon Appetit!
