The combination of citrus and pumpkin, of course, and strange, but just insanely delicious! The longer the "cold" jam pumpkin infused, the tastier it becomes. In addition, all the ingredients are rich in vitamins, so this sweet not only will please any sweet tooth, but also strengthen the health of you and your children.

Preparation:

We will need 2 kg of pumpkin, 2 oranges and lemons as well. All ingredients should be thoroughly washed, cut off from all the peel, but not in a hurry to throw it, because citrus peel contains a lot of useful features.

Of lemons and oranges take out the bones, then all ingredients mince. Now add almost 2 kg of sugar, enough for me and 1700g, stir thoroughly. Subject to infuse at room temperature until the sugar is completely dissolved. Next, packaged in sterilized jars ready our "cold" pumpkin jam and remove before the cold weather. Eat to your health!
