Hot summer more than ever fall refreshments. From this smoothie my family just squeal with delight!
Preparation:
Take the big apple, the best fit green. It must be cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Banana we turn in circles, to remove hlodilnik and temporarily forget about it. Cut 3 pieces of kiwi. A small piece of peeled ginger root three on a fine grater. Several smaller ice cubes in a blender, and the resulting halves share mass.
We take out the banana from the freezer, place in the bowl of a blender, along with pieces of apple, kiwi and ginger. Thereto was added 2 tablespoons of honey and half of the ice. Mix everything until smooth. Similarly prepare the second layer. It consists of 400 grams of strawberry, mint, 2 tablespoons of honey and remaining ice. Preparations for the layers are finished, with only their right to pour into glasses. Fill the glasses, filling layers by turns - red and green. Our smoothies ready, bon appetit!
