β I discovered a new recipe for cooking meat: learning is tastier than fried, boiled or baked. And you can eat it right with your lips - and this is no exaggeration. I cook with buckets - months ahead.
Moreover, it is very simple. I put it in a jar, screwed on the lid and we can say that my work is over. Easier than frying meat. See for yourself. So you can prepare meat for a year in advance.
When my husband first tasted this meat, he said: "Christina is a taste from my childhood." π Now we are preparing stew ourselves, various cereals with meat and vegetables, canned fish and many, many canned foods. I'll show you this today.
By the way, my friend from Armenia taught me just so quickly and simply how to cook the "correct" stew. I didnβt think it was that simple and easy before. Thank you dear! (I do not name the name, my friend asked not to advertise). Stew and 2 years is great. But, we run out much earlier. π

Today I will cook 2 types of stew: beef and turkey (thigh). You can take any meat, even chicken with bones. It turns out delicious.
I take meat with veins, tendons. We don't need clippings. π Even such meat will literally "melt" in the mouth. Checked!
I cut the meat into pieces.
I take clean cans (you just need to wash them), I usually do this in the dishwasher in the evening.
I have cans for stew of 0.65 liters. In total, I procure 15 cans at a time. 5 is stew, and the other 10 are two different porridge with meat (see the recipes in the video at the end of the article).
And this is my tailed boy Vasya, he came to the smell of meat. Well, how not to treat him?
I add black peppercorns and allspice to each jar. (washed in advance).
Then I put the meat in jars, it does not need to be tamped. They put half a can of meat, salted, then meat again.
I stack the meat so that there are two centimeters of void, then salt again. All!
Little secret: even on the advice of a friend, I add a little lamb fat to the meat, so the stew turns out to be much tastier.
No more ingredients needed! My friend also said, if you add bay leaf, then the stew is worth worse, less. So I am not adding it. What do you think, is it necessary or not?
I close the lids (you can use the usual ones, or you can screw them). The lids just need to be washed in hot water.
And now we take a miracle device called an autoclave (it was from a friend that I saw it, that's when she told me about the recipes in it and how convenient it is).
We put our jars there, fill it with water and turn it on. All!
It remains only to wait. Stew is being prepared at a temperature of 120 degrees for 40 minutes. I don't have to do anything now. I have an electric autoclave, it maintains the required temperature by itself.
