What I love to cook, so it is for the opportunity to create something - something good to eat almost of something - anything. And this time, the main ingredient in the recipe - it is neither a vegetable nor fruit, neither fish nor meat, and nothing but a... tea rose, or rather its petals. They give not only an unforgettable taste, but also have all the necessary medicinal properties. The ideal doctor for you and your children!
Preparation:
500g tea rose petals especially carefully sort out and mix with 500g of granulated sugar. Now grind the candied petals hands until such time as they do not stand out of the juice and squeeze a lemon. Now we must leave for future jam, so reserve a bowl for 4 hours in a warm place, stirring occasionally glancing and petals.
Next, prepare the syrup. In a saucepan, pour 1 liter of water and pour it into 500 g of sugar, put on fire and wait until boils. Now we take the pitch and add to boiling water, stir and boil again to boiling. After turning off and give completely cool. So do several times for 2 - 2 days in a row, for example, morning and evening! That is, again, turn, then turn it off and leave to cool. At a time when the jam cools, the water evaporates and the syrup remains petals. This complicated method of preparation is necessary in order to maximize the beneficial properties to keep all noble flower.
Sterilize jars and put the jam on the fire to boil for the last time. Now you can pour out of the jars and leave to cool. Covers at the same time, do not cover!
