Continuing the theme of domestic preparations. Today I want to tell you the recipe for a very tasty cucumbers in Korean. A great alternative to the usual (and already bored) pickles.

Preparation:

First, prepare the cucumbers. Choosing not overgrown medium cucumbers, wash them in cold water, cut off the ends. How to take the cucumbers? In this recipe, the amount of ingredients indicated averages 4 cucumber. If you want, you simply increase the proportion.
So, cucumbers cut into thin long strips or simply cut into 4 or 6 pieces.

Next, prepare the filling: in a bowl mix half a teaspoon of sugar, salt (to taste) 2 tablespoons vinegar. Fill this mixture of carrots and leave for 15 minutes.
