Summer cook burgers just like that! Very tender, juicy, and of course, delicious.

Beef, as well as for other chops, cook of the two types of meat. Today I have a veal and chicken. I am using the average net in a meat grinder.

Similarly, I am crushed potatoes, small onions and carrots. This also send 4-5 slices of white bread (the bread I had previously filled in the milk, then wrung out) and binding ingredient - zucchini! He, too, is crushed.

Now here is the garlic through a press, egg and sliced ​​chicken. I salt, add black pepper and mix.

Stuffing is slightly more juicy than conventional meat cutlets, but the way it should be. If you suddenly get the stuffing too thin, you can add a few slices of dry bread - just grate.

I never add these burgers or flour or semolina. Wet hands I form patties and fry them in vegetable oil on both sides.
