Today cook soup. And I really want you to try it. Delicious! No - very tasty! It is preparing a snap.

I cooked in advance broth. I have a beef, but you can take any meat or cook a soup with vegetable broth. In the boiling broth add the sliced ​​potatoes.

I salt to taste and cook until the potatoes are cooked. On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the onion until soft. Sliced ​​eggplant on here are the pieces and send to the onions.

If you love spicy soups, you can add here chilli, sliced ​​rings. Eggplant fry until half - approximately 5 minutes. Tomatoes omit a few minutes in boiling water, peeled, cut into small cubes and just send in a saucepan. Carcass 3-4 minutes. I salt and add sour cream. It is better to choose cream fatter. Stirred, the carcass of a couple of minutes and set aside.

The potato is completely ready. I shift into the pan steamed vegetables, bring to a boil and boil for another two or three minutes.

At the end I add the chopped herbs and garlic. I garlic finely ground with a knife. Usually I take 3-4 cloves. Garlic in the soup a lot will not.
