Wafer rolls. Very tasty and crunchy. The recipe that I took in the instructions to our old waffle iron. Waffle irons that are long gone, but the recipe I use to this day.
The bowl whip 5 eggs, add 280 g of sugar and vanilla. Again whip whisk all.
Now 250 g of melted butter (here in the recipe contains a pack of margarine was too). Gradually add 300 grams of flour - two full glasses. And all is well mixed again. The dough is obtained here it is thick.
About a tablespoon of dough spread in preheated waffle iron and bake for about a minute.
Then another hot pancake curl, to get the tube. Then in the same way. Bake, twist, bake, curl.
Finished rolls can be filled with cream or boiled condensed milk. But even without toppings is also delicious!
