It's no secret that all new is well forgotten old. This salad was invented in the 70s of the last century, and it is here that along with "Herring under a fur coat," began "fashion" to puff salads. What kind of salad? Let's start to cook and probably many easily recognize him ...
First of all prepare a cheese-yolk paste, which is one of the sectors of our salad. For this purpose in the bowl I mixed rubbed on a fine grater yolks, 100 g hard cheese (can be replaced by fused), green onion and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
The resulting paste until is set aside and proceed to assemble the salad. I boiled potatoes rubbed on a coarse grater. I'll collect the salad in the ring from the baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm. Potatoes spread on the bottom of the ring and coated with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
The next layer - smoked fish, mackerel I have, but we can take any. I fish cleaned and cut into very small cubes not. On the fish need to put a little finely chopped onion, fresh or pickled, and then again a mesh of mayonnaise.
Next layer - boiled carrots rubbed on a coarse grater. This layer is, I do not cover the mayonnaise.
