Vegetable cream and milk have long been in demand by raw foodists. We make cream and milk of almonds, which incidentally contains Vitamin E, useful for skin beauty. Milking almonds!
Ingredients:
1. Almonds (1 cup)
2. Water (2 cups)

Take almonds, soaked overnight in warm water in the morning we shift into the bowl of a blender, topped up with half a cup of hot water (about 50-60 degrees, but not boiling) overwound, filter, extruded through a gauze bag almond cream. From the remnants of almonds make almond milk (just topping up more water than milk obtained in the preparation of the cream). Put the crushed almonds back into the blender bowl (for sweetness can be added without dates bones!), topped up with hot water (half cup), torsion, strain and get more out of milk and almonds.
