INGREDIENTS

COOKING METHOD

Melt 100 grams of butter, put in a bowl 4 tablespoons sugar, put half teaspoon salt, pour 150 ml. warm milk, butter, break 3 eggs and mix.

We measure out 450 grams of flour and proseem. Now, add to the flour, dry yeast 1 high-speed burst. Mix well with flour.

Now the flour with the yeast, gradually add the milk with eggs and butter. Knead the dough. Perhaps you need a little more flour, it all depends on the size of eggs and flour. Today I am no longer needed. The dough should get a soft, elastic and at the same time should not stick to hands.

Put the dough into a bowl and remove a warm place to rise to 1 hour, in an hour dough punched and remove another 40 -50 minutes. I put the dough in the oven and set the temperature 40 degrees.

During this time, prepare the filling. We measure out 250 grams of cheese, add 1 egg yolk, add sugar to taste, I do not like so much sweet add 2 tablespoons, add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and stir. I'm knocking a blender, it is not necessary.

Coming up the dough put on the table, punched and divide into parts is not large. I get 22 pieces weighing 50 grams. We do kolobochki. Form of grease with butter. I have a diameter of 26 cm form. Take one kolobochek unroll small cake, put 1 tsp filling of tanks pinch.
