For conducting channel time I made a lot of different tasty, not very useful for the figure, and sometimes frankly harmful. And (oh, horror!) For 10 months 4 kilos! I decided to take myself and lose those extra kilos before the new year, gently, without starving and delicious. I will share recipes and menus, maybe someone will be interested.

None of my morning does not start without a glass of water on an empty stomach, it is obligatory. Sometimes I add a few cloves in a glass of lemon. Next breakfast an hour.

I used to cook porridge on whole milk, but now decided to lose weight while excluding it from the diet. Today, cooked oatmeal on the water without sugar. As a "uvkusnitelya" picked apricots and half a banana, crushed with a blender, the second half of the fruit is sliced ​​just circles. It was very tasty and satisfying.

For lunch, 4 hours later I made a salad of raw carrots, rubbed on a fine grater and add one teaspoon of flax seed and sesame. Tucked just one teaspoon of olive oil, salt is added.

Main dish - buckwheat, and a small piece of fish, steamed. Today I have a salmon, I seasoned it with lemon spices for fish and a little salt. Everything is ready at the same time multivarka until cooked cereals, fish prepared in the same place for a couple.

Dinner no later than 6 pm, and that the most important rule.

For dinner I cooked meatballs in tomato sauce. I just cooked this dish for the whole family the poet did not have to spend extra time on cooking dinner for themselves individually.

For the meatballs, I took 600 grams of minced meat (beef + chicken), one crushed with a blender large onion, 1 tablespoon rice. In a frying pan brought to a boil homemade tomato juice and went to her already-formed meatballs, extinguished 20 minutes.

All such family ate meatballs with mashed potatoes, and I with cucumber.
