The summer passed, and with it the time of salads with fresh crunchy vegetables. Autumn and winter is time to salads and salads with seasonal vegetables such as carrots, radishes, beets, cabbage, etc. But even such a seemingly boring vegetables can make interesting salads. Here is one of them ...
Salad is made from beets. I advance a decoction of vegetable, I took 3 pieces of medium size. Its cooked for about 40 minutes and then provided to cool it in water in which it is boiled.
