The basis of this salad is the liver, can take any, I have chicken. It must be boiled in salted water until tender. Separately, a mixture of olive oil and butter need to fry the onion until tender, but not bringing it to a golden color.

Top cover liver fine mesh mayonnaise. The next layer in the salad acts as a carrot in Korean, I have a home-cooked.

The next layer - boiled hard-boiled eggs, they need to grate and cover with mayonnaise.
The final layer of lettuce leaves on a fine grater grated hard cheese. At this stage, this salad can be tightened with cling film to send in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak.
Decorate before serving. For decoration, I used chopped dill on which laid a bit of carrot in Korean, which resembles Christmas toy hanging on a Christmas tree.
