In our stores is a fairly wide range of processed cheese, classic and with the addition of various additives. But the composition is poor, which is why I rarely buy this cheese in the store. And recently I found a recipe for homemade cream cheese, and I am very sorry that this has happened recently. He obtained a delicious and delicate, and most importantly, I know that I put into it. And preparing it for only 15 minutes!

All ingredients are very simple, full-fat cottage cheese, I was at home, as well as sour cream, two large eggs, baking soda and salt. All between the need to mix well and grind blenders, trying to make the most homogeneous mass.

Now the container with the resulting mass put into the pan and cold water. The water should reach half with cottage cheese container. Turn on the heat and stir constantly, after the water boils, diminish the heat to medium and continue to interfere. Cottage cheese begins to melt, and when the cheese is almost ready, it is necessary once again "go" blender, so there was no extra lumps.

Now, when the cheese is ready, it should immediately shift into a container, where it will be stored in the refrigerator. I I shift into a glass container with a silicone cover. Kept it for about a week.

Such cheese I do in two versions, one with dry garlic and parsley, and the second with fried mushrooms, mushrooms or mushrooms.

Ingredients:

Curd 500 g (maximum fat)

Sour 2 tablespoons

Eggs 2 pcs

1 tsp salt
