Someone loves hodgepodge someone fiercely hated her. And there are those who are better tuck okroshechny salad with mayonnaise.
But as you and I grow thin, the latter option is not for us.
Today I'll show you how to cook hodgepodge I am and what I fill it.
Kvass I love, but for a long time I do not drink, because it contains a lot of sugar.
For hash I decoction of eggs, potatoes, and chicken breast.
Besides, I need cucumber, radish, garlic and fresh herbs (onion, dill).
One portion took me (pointing to grams for those who believe KBZHU):
- egg (55 g),
- boiled potatoes (80 g),
- boiled chicken breast (80 g),
- Cucumber (90 g),
- radish (50g)
- garlic (4d).
All the mix, salt and pepper.
The result here is a salad:
And most importantly, a hodgepodge I fill a drink or Airan Tang - 150 ml - I love thicker.
It turns out tasty and sour!
