Recipe:
Bulb -2-3pcs.
Kefir -250 ml.
Sugar -1 / 2 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
Dry yeast "Haas" -7gr.
Vegetable oil -60 ml.
Flour -350g.
Sesame seeds - optional
COOKING METHOD
And so we proceed. To begin with, cut 2-3 small onions into cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry the onion until light golden.
We remove from the fire. Pour 250 ml of warm kefir into a bowl, add 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt. Pour in 60 ml of vegetable oil. Let's measure out 350 grams of flour, add 1 pack of dry yeast weighing 7 grams.
We mix. And gradually add flour with yeast to kefir. At the beginning of kneading, add the fried onions to the dough. And knead the dough. The dough is soft, elastic, does not stick to your hands. We put it in a warm place for 30 minutes to get up.
30 minutes have passed, the dough has risen a little, we knead it well and divide it into 10 parts, each part weighing about 70 grams. Making koloboks.
Now we take a bun and roll out a cake with a diameter of 10-12 cm. Put the cakes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Let it stand for 10-15 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or use your own oven. The cakes are soft, aromatic and so delicious.
Delicious both hot and cold. I love serving them with soup, a great alternative to bread.
