I love fried potatoes. Of course, this is not very useful, but very tasty! In a grill pan, the potatoes turn out evenly golden, do not stick together, they look like they are baked in the oven and taste amazing. I fry with the addition of garlic, which gives the dish an amazing aroma.
For fried potatoes in a grill pan:
Potatoes -6-7pcs. (800gr.)
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil -3-4 tbsp.
Garlic -2 tooth.
Dill - to taste
COOKING METHOD
I cut 6-7 tubers into slices.
I wash the potatoes, let the water drain well, add salt, black pepper and 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil, mix.
I warm up the grill pan well, grease it with oil and put the potatoes.
Now I close the lid and fry over medium heat until tender and golden, stirring occasionally. It takes 12-15 minutes. Now when the potatoes are ready I add a couple of garlic cloves and herbs.
I mix everything well and remove it immediately from the heat. The potato side dish is ready.
