Finally, summer came, while salads, barbecue and cold drinks. I am always looking for new recipes to pamper yourself and your loved ones with something new. This week I tried to cook a three salad that had never cooked. All of them very much, and now I share recipes with you.
Salad № 1
This salad is quite able to replace a full dinner, very beautiful and rich.
Ingredients: 2 large tomatoes, 1 bell red pepper, 4-5 Art. spoonfuls of canned corn, 1 can of canned beans in their own juice, 1 small red onion, fresh herbs. As charging can be used as olive oil and mayonnaise.
Salad № 2
This salad is much lighter than the previous, very juicy and easy to prepare.
Ingredients: 200 g of cabbage, cucumber 1, 3 tbsp. tablespoons canned corn. Shred cabbage and mash with salt, cucumber cut into strips. Suitable for filling olive oil or sunflower oil.
Salad № 3
My favorite, with carrots and radishes in Korean.
Ingredients: 2 medium-sized carrots, radishes 8-10 pcs., Herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. spoon Korean seasoning, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1% Vinegar 9 art. spoon of salt.
Three carrots on a grater, radishes cut into thin strips, sprinkle with spices, dressed with oil and vinegar. It is necessary to give the salad stand for at least an hour.
