For breakfast, or in some cases, at lunch, many people prefer to prepare some sandwiches, casseroles, French toast... Of course, there are those who eat cereal, fruit, some may even hearty breakfast soup... Dumplings! Our family often still going on, "sandwich story." And today I am preparing toasts in the oven with minced meat - very cool recipe, prepared quickly, all products available.
Ingredients for cooking:
Long loaf for sandwiches - 1 pc.
Ground beef - 200 grams
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Milk - 50-70 ml
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
To prepare these toasts in theory, will fit all the loaf (not long), the main thing that it was not sweet. Cut the loaf into slices 1-1.5 cm.
Now take out the crumb of each slice in a separate bowl. Only without the "special diligence" - not until the crust!
Pour into crumb literally a tablespoon of milk and mash with a fork, but maceration.
Stuffing for the toast can be used either - mixed (pork, beef), chicken - it's all on your preferences... Add in minced softened crumb of the loaf, salt, pepper to taste, stir.
In a bowl, break the eggs, pour the milk and add a little salt, black pepper, and whisk with a fork or whisk the mixture as an omelette.
Now we take slices of the loaf, and put them in some kind of a baking dish greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Middle of each slice of meat fill and fill the egg mixture, uniformly covering its each slice.
Ship shape with toasted in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes. The taste of toast, essentially traditional - fried bread, scrambled eggs, and stuffing. But here it is in this version - it's very cool, delicious and unusual!
