Since yesterday, we stayed a few boiled potatoes, and the first thing that came into my head - cook "Peasant" salad. And this is the easiest potato salad. And it can be made from almost anything - I have "basic" version of the salad, but it can be so to diversify, e.g. adding boiled meat (chicken), or salted herring or sauerkraut, salted mushrooms or beans... So many options!
And, are the ingredients of my peasant salad:
Potatoes (boiled in their skins) - 2 pcs.
Pickles - 3 pieces.
Onion - 1 pc.
Green canned peas - 3-4 tablespoons. l.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt, ground black pepper
Herbs and vegetable oil
Boil potatoes "in uniform", cooled, peeled, then cut into small pieces, like Olivier, just a little bigger. Salted or pickled cucumbers cut into in the same way - but I have purchased pickles \ gherkins, small size, therefore I simply sliced slices \ polukruzhochkami. Chop onion chetvertkoltsami \ semicircles.
We shift all in a bowl, add the chopped garlic, canned peas, chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley), pour vegetable oil. It can be a little pepper and salt to taste. Stir. That's all the salad is ready!
