Ingredients for cooking:

Milk - 300 ml
Fresh pressed yeast - 30 grams (can always be replaced with dry yeast, but in different proportions)
Sugar - 50 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 50-60 g
Vanilla - to taste
Salt - a pinch
And, flour - 600 g
Vegetable oil for frying

No special secrets in the preparation of the dough is not... We start with cooking dough for this in a bowl crumble the yeast (dry pour), add a spoonful of sugar, taken from the general amount somewhere pour 50-60 ml of warm milk, and as much flour - I mean 50-60, all of this also to the general amount. Mix and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.

When the dough is well rise already, take another bowl, significantly larger volume - this is for the basic dough. Splitting into her Egg, put the remaining sugar, pour the melted butter, milk, salt, vanillin, whisk stir to dissolve sugar.

Sift the flour and knead the soft, absolutely not cling to the hands of the dough. Bowl with the dough again put in a warm place, somewhere in an hour.

I took 45 minutes and the dough has increased more than twice, you can begin to make the donuts.

Divide the dough into pieces weighing 50 g are well rounded and spread them on a cutting board or tray, sprinkled with flour. When the dough is cut into pieces, pour the flour is not necessary, I have already said that it absolutely does not stick to hands.
