Flour - 800 g
For filling:
Cabbage - 500 g
Minced beef - 500 grams
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil for frying - 30 ml

Prepare the dough. First bowl sift in a total of 500 g of flour and add butter. Soft butter, you can simply cut into cubes - frozen grate. Rub the hands into crumbs.
