Sprat... Everyone is familiar with these canned food, and repeated many times prepared sandwiches or any other snacks with them. But here's the soup, I think, was prepared a few... And in vain! Just three ingredients, including of course sprats can cook very hearty, tasty soup and budget. Of course, if you are used to eating foie gras and baked marbled meat - then this recipe is not for you. And for me, this soup just magic wand - 15-20 minutes of time for cooking, and the whole family is nourished a hot meal.
Ingredients for cooking:
Sprat - Bank 1
Potatoes
Onions - 1-2 pieces.
Greens
a little bit of vegetable oil
Salt, ground black pepper
Let's start with the preparation of food - but now we pour water into the pan and set on fire. I have a volume of 3-liter pots. Next, clean the potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes or cubes - it's as you like. Onion half rings... Well, I do, and with sprats while doing nothing - you can just open a can! I did not specify the amount of potatoes - it all depends what kind of density, usually, you love soup. I used 6 medium potatoes, and you can put more or less.
While purify and cut vegetables, the water has time to boil, lay in a pan sliced potatoes, add salt. We wait until boiling, diminish and let the potatoes boil. And it will boil about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, take the pan, pour a little vegetable oil, put the chopped onion, a little salt, pepper and fry until soft. Until the onion is fried sliced green.
Shift the fried onions in a pan with the potatoes, add the sprats. Fire adds again bring to a boil. After boiling, immediately turn off the fire.
Laying in the soup chopped herbs, stir. Cover the pan with a lid and give the brew soup somewhere for 5-7 minutes.
