For making kvass is required for three-liter jar:
Water
3-4 slices of bread
Teaspoon dry yeast
Glass sugar (200-250 g)

For the preparation of this kvass can use any bread - absolutely anyone, black, white, fresh, stale! But, it is better to take the bread that keeps its shape and does not crumble, though, and it's not a problem (you can shake crumbs). To prepare three-liter jar of kvass take 3-4 slices of bread, and slice them not too large pieces.
Sliced bread fried \ dries on a dry frying pan until light rosy. You can roast, but in a frying pan turns faster.
Then we shift into a three-liter jar and fill with lukewarm boiled water, but not to the neck, and as they say "to the shoulders" ...
Pan, which previously fried bread, shake off the crumbs and pour sugar.
Stirring constantly, melt the sugar. Must obtain a liquid sugar caramel, not much zazharistogo colors differently then brew will taste bitter.
Now this hot caramel is poured into a jar with water and bread. Be warned - it will sizzle and seethe, but nothing in this terrible there! All this is necessary to mix.
