This cookie is soft, dense with a thin crispy crust ...

3 essential ingredients:

Bank of condensed milk (370 grams)
150 g butter (soft)
Exactly 400 g flour

If all products are prepared in advance and put side by side, you can knead the dough for 5 minutes, if not less... Enough to lay down all the 3 ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough. I'm still broke it into two stages: first rubbed whisk condensed milk and butter ...

... then add the flour and knead the dough. The dough turns out very soft, homogeneous, non-sticky (it so desirable, knead and knead ...). But it is crumbly, and a rolling pin to roll out will not work - will crumble!

Of the total produced piece of dough, right hands, start to tear off small pieces (30-40 grams) We roll down their balls in the palm of your hand and spread on a baking sheet, oiled, or the laid parchment paper.

Ship baked in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. When baking butter in the dough begins to melt, respectively, the balls will "fall", and cookies will acquire a flatter appearance.
