I suggest you turn your attention to this very tasty and simple recipe. Cooking stewed turkey in sour cream is easy, and besides, this process will not tire you, will not take much time.
Fillet stew in sour cream tastes best, as a result it turns out to be delicate, with a light creamy taste. A turkey cooked in this way is perfect for a lot of different dishes, it will go well with potatoes, vegetables, cereals, pasta. As for the spices that are too bright in taste, I suggest not adding them in order to feel the taste of the meat and not interrupt the creamy taste.
Ingredients:
Turkey fillet - 300 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 80 ml
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose larger carrots and onions. Use fresh fillets, not ice cream.
2. Rinse the meat under running cool water and dry. Cut it into small pieces.
3. Peel carrots and onions, wash and dry vegetables. Grate the carrots on a medium grater or cut them into slices. Chop the onion in half rings or strips.
4. Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan, transfer the turkey and vegetables. Fry all the ingredients for just a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add sour cream to the dish.
6. Add salt, ground pepper and some sweet paprika at once.
7. Next, pour literally 60-80 ml of clean warm water, mix everything and send it to the fire. Simmer the turkey for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat. After a while, you can add greens and squeeze a chive into the finished dish - well, that's a matter of taste!
Arrange the turkey in sour cream sauce on plates and serve.
