To prepare the dough you need to take:

Full faceted glass of kefir (warm)
A couple of eggs, medium size
Teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
And about 4 cups flour

And that's what I did the first thing! In a bowl 1 cup sifted flour and poured all the yogurt, and mix them together. And it is this mixture of baking soda added. That is, at the same time add soda and flour, and yogurt!

Mix well kefir-soda-flour mixture, and put down the side.

In a bowl, break eggs, add sugar, salt, vegetable oil and rub the rim. Make sure that grains of sugar and salt is completely dissolved.
