To prepare this cake is required:

For the dough:

In a separate bowl sift flour, add baking powder, cocoa powder and stir.

Now the resulting "mix" of the dry ingredients pour into the egg mixture, and again whisk mixer. It turns out very thick biscuit dough, and it still needs to be brought to the desired consistency ...

For this purpose, slightly warmed milk, and small portions are starting to pour in the batter. In general, the finished dough will resemble in consistency, something between a pancake and biscuit dough!

Now take a pan, a small-diameter, 23 - this is the maximum! We put on the stove and warm up. Once the pan is warmed up, we begin to pour the batter... We do exactly as fry thick pancakes! Just be sure to close the lid. The first side is fried somewhere for 3-4 minutes, then remove the lid, turn over. The second side is fried only about 1 minute, and all... As I said, the pan should be large diameter, because those pancakes that we fry, really reminiscent of sponge cakes, and in appearance, and taste! And, besides, they are very, very delicate, if they fry in a large frying pan, they simply will not be possible to turn the (tear, raskroshatsya).

As a result, you should get anywhere from 7 to 10 sponge cakes. If you want, you can trim the edges, you can leave it as it is ...

For the cream, take the cream and whisk with sugar, and all... Unfortunately, my fridge was not sour, but were heavy cream 33% (just nonsense)... So I whipped cream with sugar.
