Delicious multicomponent chicken fillet and champignon salad is equally good for a daily diet and a festive table. Easily replaces a side dish, a light lunch and appropriately complements a hospitable feast. It can be served both in large salad bowls and in portioned containers or as a convenient snack in tartlets.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Champignons - 250 g

Fresh cucumber - 100 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Onions - 50 g

Iceberg lettuce - 50 g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Mayonnaise - 50 g

Salt, black pepper, herbs - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To prepare the salad with fried mushrooms and chicken, take the foods on the list. The easiest way is to use universal champignons: fleshy, firm, with a delicate aroma. And lean poultry fillet, just boil it in salted boiling water with roots and herbs in advance, cool in the broth - the meat will remain juicy and tender. Also boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool.

Step 2 - Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly from the soil, put them on paper and dry. Then chop not too finely so that the mushroom pieces are felt in the appetizer in both taste and texture. Heat a frying pan by pouring in any type of vegetable oil, after half a minute load the mushroom slices - sometimes stir and evaporate the resulting moisture completely.

Step 3 - When the liquid is gone, brown the champignons for a minute or two until light golden brown. Don't let it burn. Refrigerate at room temperature. If you want a more oily, greasy version of the mix, fry the onions too. For those who love freshness and spiciness, I recommend adding onions raw.

Step 4 - Tear the clean leaves of the crispy Iceberg with your hands in small pieces. These leaves do not lose juice, remain "ringing" after dressing and next to warm foods, which is why they are so often used in fast foods for burgers and other sandwiches. Cut a cucumber into cubes and a little smaller onion.

Step 5 - Take the cold boiled chicken fillet into the fibers, grate or chop the eggs.

Step 6 - Add cooled mushrooms and mayonnaise last, salt and pepper - stir from top to bottom, try.

Step 7 - Serve the salad with fried mushrooms and chicken under a branch of bright greens. Long-term impregnation is not needed - we put it on the table right away.
