Delicate cheesecakes with cottage cheese

Ingredients: Dough, flour, dry yeast, milk, egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, yolk + 2 st.l. milk for lubrication, stuffing, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, cornstarch, yolk

Cooking method:

Sift flour into a bowl.

Add yeast, mix.

Add beaten egg.

Dissolve salt and sugar in warm milk, add to flour, and pour in vegetable oil.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes. It should be elastic, not sticky to the hands.

Take a bowl, grease it with vegetable oil, put the dough in it, cover with cling film and leave to rise for 1-1.30 hours.

Meanwhile, make the filling: mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Punch down the dough, divide into 12 parts, roll into balls and set aside for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.

In each ball, make a recess with a stack previously lubricated with vegetable oil.

Put the filling in each recess, brush with egg yolk and milk and put in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
