What is needed:
5-6 large potatoes
350 absolutely any minced
Slightly more than half cup of uncooked rice
Rather large carrot
Large onions
Roasting vegetables need vegetable oil (4-5 article. l.)

Two tablespoons (heaped) cream
A couple of tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt, spices, pepper, at its discretion
We start with boiling rice. Ie, uncooked rice fill with water (of course pre-wash), a bit add some salt and cook until tender. Then purified and cut the potatoes on the floor \ circles, and, further, while we prepare the stuffing, fill it with water so that it is not darkened.
