Ingredients:
Herring 1 pc.
Onion 1pc.
Potatoes 2 pcs. (Average)
Carrot 2 pcs. (Large)
Beet 2 pcs. (Average)
Eggs 3 pcs.
Butter 40g
Vegetable oil
Sugar 1 tsp
mayonnaise 300g
Parsley
Layered salad with vegetables and herring can be laid out on a plate pobavat layers and spread with mayonnaise.

Finely chop the onion and add the sugar, lightly press your fingertips. Bitterness will go and onions will be tastier. Put the bow on a layer of potatoes.
Herring fillet cut into small pieces and lay on top of the onions, brush with mayonnaise.
On herring layer lay grated on a coarse grater boiled carrots. Lubricate the mayonnaise.
Eggs grate and place the last layer, brush with mayonnaise.
Cover plate shape with lettuce, then invert plate together of salad. Remove form.
Decorate the salad with mayonnaise and parsley. Send in the refrigerator to soak. Lettuce one hour to be served! Bon Appetit everyone!
