Cook the chicken with wine and vegetables in my recipe. This chicken turns out very juicy, aromatic and vegetables soaked in sauce perfectly complement the taste of chicken and substitute any side dish! This dish looks elegant and appetizing on the holiday table.

Ingredients:
Chicken home 2kg
Mushrooms mushrooms 300g
Carrot 2 pcs
Onions 2 pcs
bacon 150g
Vegetable oil 50g
Butter 30g
Chicken broth 300g
200g of dry red wine
ketchup 100g
30g flour
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Take home a meaty chicken, salt, pepper, leave for 15 minutes, then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides.

Bacon, cut into thin pieces, to lay out immediately after frying pan chicken.

Carrots, onions chop coarsely and add to the bacon in 2 minutes, fry everything for 4-5 minutes.

Vozmiti mushrooms. Large mushrooms cut into pieces, add to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.

Add salt, butter and ketchup, stir and cook everything for 2-3 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add the flour and mix. Remove from heat.

Take a baking dish. Put the chicken, add the vegetables and mushrooms, pour the wine and chicken broth or water. Top with fresh sprigs of rosemary, fresh rosemary can be replaced with dried rosemary or timyan. Cover with foil and send it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour, then remove the foil and send it back in the oven for 1 hour or a little less fried chicken on top.

Aromatic, juicy chicken is ready! Serve with vegetables and mushrooms, pour on the sauce. The meat melts in your mouth, and vegetables with mushroom sauce soaked have exquisite taste. Cook the chicken for my recipe for a holiday. Bon Appetit everyone!
