A simple and delicious salad that I made spontaneously from products that have been in the fridge, but it turned out very tasty! I share with you the recipe!

STEP №1
Pickle onions.
Ingredients:
onion 1pc
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
Water is boiled to 150 ml
Finely chop the onions, add salt, sugar, vinegar, cover with boiling water. Leave to marinate onions for 15-20 minutes, while they themselves proceed to prepare the other ingredients.
Ingredients for the salad:
Boiled potatoes 1 pc
Boiled carrots 1 piece
Marinated onion 1pc
Eggs 4 pcs
Smoked chicken fillet 300g
Processed cheese 2 pcs
mayonnaise 300g
STEP №2
Boil the potatoes in their skins per day. Well chilled potatoes rubbed better and does not stick by rubbing.
Potatoes grate on medium grater and put online once in a salad bowl. Make potato mesh mayonnaise.

Boil the carrots. It can be boiled in one container with potatoes.
Carrot rubbed on average grater and spread on a potato layer. Make mesh mayonnaise.

Smoked chicken thigh or without skin cut into dices, put on a layer of carrots and do mesh with mayonnaise.

Drain the marinade (liquid) with a bow and place for meat. Onion mayonnaise lubricated not necessary.

Processed cheese, send in the freezer for 20 minutes, then easier to grate.
Put the onions in the processed cheese grated on medium grater. Make mesh mayonnaise.
STEP №7
Egg yolk separated from the protein. Rub yolks on medium grater.

Salad can immediately bring to the table, but it is delicious when soaked. Submit salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hr.
