Salad with carrots and tuna turns out very tasty and light, due to the fresh carrots. This salad is very easy and quick to prepare.
Pickle onions for salad.
1 onion cut into cubes.
Chopped onion put in a bowl and pour thereto for 1 hour. l. sugar, 0.5 hours. l. salt.
Pour 2 tbsp. l. vinegar. I used the apple, but you can, and table 9%.
Then all fill with boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar and salt. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes, and can be longer.
3 boiled eggs cut into cubes.
2 fresh carrots, weighing 200 g, three on a coarse grater.
1 can of tuna mash into smaller pieces.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Salad dressed with a little salt and 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon. l. unsweetened yogurt salad. Or can be charged separately with mayonnaise or yogurt.

boiled eggs - 3 pieces.
carrots - 2 pcs. (200 g)
Canned tuna - Bank 1 (185 g)
red onion - 1 pc.
canned green peas - 1 jar
mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
unsweetened yogurt salad - 1 tbsp. l.
salt - to taste
Marinade:
boiling water - 1/2 cup
Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l.
sugar - 1 hour. l.
Salt - 1/2 hours. l.
