Preparation:
1. Cut the onion rings.
2. Add the butter and spices.
3. Garlic crushed.
4. Mix all ingredients, pour the warm mineral water.
5. Pour the marinade over the meat prepared.
Marinade of red wine for barbecue
Ingredients:
300 ml of dry red wine
4 things. onions
lemon half
5 peas of black pepper
1 pod of red hot pepper
1 h. l. salt
dill
Preparation:
1. Onions, peel and cut into rings. One onion finely chopped and leave, for frying in a pan.
2. Hot pepper freed from seeds and the flesh cut into pieces.
3. Grind the fennel and place in a separate bowl, it will need to cook barbecue.
4. Transfer to a deep enamel or plastic utensils pieces of meat and chopped onions.
Stir for 3-4 minutes, until the slices are not impregnated by the aroma of onions.
5. Pour 50 ml of red wine and the juice of half a lemon.
6. Lay for marinating meat in the pan, seasoning each layer of herbs, pieces of red pepper, peas black pepper and salt.
7. Pour remaining wine, meat, and on top put the onion rings.
8. Tighten the pan with cling film and put the meat in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
