The blackcurrant leaves contain potassium - a trace element that displays the excess fluid from the body and thus reduces the load on the heart and lowers blood pressure and it becomes easier. Made of medicinal herbal tea from the leaves of a currant song: "You there, there, there, where the currants growing;)!"
Ingredients:
1. Sheet blackcurrant (possible with sprig from about 5-7 leaves)
2. Water (2 cups)
preparation
Take a fresh or dried leaf currant, put in a jar, the jar pre doused with boiling water, fill with hot water (Less than 20 degrees boiling), close lid and leave for 2-3 hours to infuse (preferably in the sun or in battery). Then filter and drink pleasantly aromatic currant tea, admiring the gorgeous autumn landscape outside the window! (And even more enjoyable to brew in a thermos and to drink the seagulls outdoors on nature to meet the dawn). Effectively use this tea in the morning before eating. Enjoy your tea!
