Ingredients:

Preparation:

3. Boil water and dipped in hot water potato sieve for 3 minutes.
4. Drain the water and put the potatoes on a few sheets of paper towels so that it dried up.

entree "Fish in the test"

Ingredients:

1 pack puff barmy dough
500 gr. salmon (chum, sockeye, salmon)
50 ml of cream
1 h. l. dried basil
salt
pepper
egg for greasing

Preparation:

1. To cut the fish into a large whole fillet. Remove all bones.
2. Put the fillets in a bowl, pour the cream and add the basil.
3. Salt and pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge for an hour.
4. Puff pastry to defrost, thinly rolled and wrapped in his salmon fillet. Gently pinch the edges to make a few holes for steam to escape.
5. Grease with butter a baking sheet and place it in the test fish.
6. Grease the cake with beaten egg.
7. Bake the fish in the dough for about 45 minutes.
Serve warm on a flat dish.
