Salad with crab sticks, cheese and olives

Ingredients:

1 pack of crab sticks
1 jar of olives, pitted
50 oz. hard cheese
2 eggs
3-5 pcs. pitted prunes
mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Boil eggs, cool, peel and grate.
2. Also rub and cheese with crab sticks in separate bowls.
3. Prunes and half the olives are finely chopped, mixed in a separate plate.

Salad with squid, olives and cucumber

Ingredients:

3 carcase squid (or 300 gr. frozen squid rings)
5-7 pcs. pitted black olives
1 cucumber
1 head of onions
vegetable oil
5 pieces. radish
parsley
salt
yogurt natural or low-calorie mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Boil the squid, cleaned and cut into rings. If you already have Squid rings, then drop them to a boiling water for 3 minutes.


2. Onion cut into half rings and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
3. Cucumber and radish wash, chop into cubes, but not long.
4. Mix the squid with onion, cucumber and radish. Podsolit and season with yogurt or mayonnaise.
5. Olives cut into slices and garnish with salad greens.

Salad with chicken, nuts, olives and pineapples

Ingredients:

500 gr. chicken
1 jar of canned pineapple
100 gr. hard cheese
50 oz. walnut kernels
1 handful of pitted black olives
dill
100 ml mayonnaise
100 ml of the fatty cream
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Chicken fillet boil in salted water. Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a salad bowl.
2. Chop canned pineapple slices and add to the salad bowl.
3. Cheese grate.
4. Walnuts are crushed with a knife. Part of the nuts to leave for decoration, the rest in a salad bowl.
5. Finely chop the dill and half olives. Also put in a salad. Stir everything with salt and season with pepper as needed.
6. Put in salad form or on a serving dish.
Decorate the salad walnuts, pineapple and olives.
