Aspic cakes - a special category in baking. Someone once tried to cook a cake, imbued them with all my heart. This is not surprising, because prepare them simply, and it turns out very tasty. After all, not everyone has the time to wait when a suitable yeast dough.
Jellied meat pies
Beat the eggs and the permission or excuse. Add them yogurt and mix.
- Pour the sugar into the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Knead the dough, adding flour parts.
- Slice the onion cubes.
- Chop green onions and parsley.
- Cover the form of baking paper. In order to better lay the paper, can be lubricated with oil or water.
- Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil.
- Share onions and lightly fried without loss of heating.
Place the chicken and fry until it changes color in the same heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat and add the green onions and parsley.
- Filling is ready.
The oven at 180 degrees.
- Add to batter oil.
- Pour about two-thirds of the dough on the bottom of the mold and smooth.
- Gently lay on top of the filling.
- Spread evenly over the surface, leaving a centimeter from the edge.
- Close filling the remaining dough.
- Gently smooth the surface.
Send in the oven for about half an hour before browning.
- Lubricate the surface with butter.
- Allow to cool and cut.
