I honestly admit that I never even could have imagined that the favorite dish from childhood, which mother often cooked for lunch, namely - lazy dumplings with potatoes, it is also a world famous variety of Italian gnocchi. Incredibly tender and tasty dough products, besides, they are easy to prepare, and the price will pleasantly surprise you. At first glance, it may seem that cooking lazy dumplings for a long time, in fact, with little skills, it will take you less than an hour. Cook without fail, you will definitely like the dish.

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500 g
Flour - 5 tablespoons
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Onions - 50 g
Breast - 30 g
Greens - a couple of twigs
Lean oil - as needed
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Peel the potatoes and onions. Rinse the roots under running water along with the herbs.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces, put them in a convenient container and boil in slightly salted water until tender.
In the meantime, prepare the dressing. Chop finely onions and pork belly, transfer them to a preheated pan and fry until tender for 5-7 minutes. If the brisket is completely fat-free, add a drop of vegetable oil.
Drain the boiled potatoes from the water, make mashed potatoes from them, cool slightly. Add raw chicken egg and flour. Knead the sticky potato dough.
Then you need to sprinkle the cutting board with flour, put the potato dough on it, roll it out with sausage, cut into small circles. Flatten each of them lightly with your palm.
Boil water, salt to taste. Next, lay out the lazy dumplings with potatoes in small portions and cook for about a minute, until they all come up.
Catch the finished dumplings with a slotted spoon.
Top them with the previously prepared onion and brisket dressing, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. This hearty dish is suitable for both lunch and dinner.
