This apple cake without baking very simple to prepare, but the taste is not far behind their more sophisticated counterparts with exotic fruits.
Apple pies little in principle, because bakers believe that apples "Too easy" for holiday desserts. And, of course, some truth in this. Yet, in some cases, the apples are very attractive.
All such combinations are known as apple cinnamon or candy appleOr both together. Such combinations are not only good for pies, but also for cakes.
Traditionally, the summer I cook cake without baking. In hot weather do not want to turn on the oven, well, just so happened. Ready-made biscuits for the base I do not use all these options - Shortbread biscuits with butter is very fatty and has long been outdated. You can come up with much more interesting recipes.
At the beginning of cooking, I always soak the entire right recipe for gelatin. Pour water and a second portion, and leave it to swollen.

Now you can do with apples. Wash them well, peel, remove the core and cut into small slices.
Put in a pan 20 grams of butter and when it melts, add the sugar, apples, Cinnamon.
Simmer the apples until they are soft, stir occasionally.
When the apples are ready, place them in a sieve. Drained liquid does not pour, it still is useful to you.
BASIS FOR CAKE
Fry in a pan oat flakes, Seeds and nuts, a couple of minutes.
You can leave large nuts, can grind, at your discretion.
Add the sugar. Mix the entire mass until the sugar is caramelized. After adding 20 g of butter, mix and turn off heat. This muesli.
At this stage, most importantly, it's not to eat, because the mass becomes so delicious that if you start to try, then there is nothing left for the base.
Mix the cereal with melted chocolate and butter.
Put all the mass in the form in which you will collect the cake.
Evenly distribute it and store it in the refrigerator.
MOUSSE
everything here is very simple.
Hand whisk, mix cream cheese cream until uniform. Add to them the melted white chocolate.
Warm gelatin until completely dissolved, pour the resulting mass and mix well.
Half of the resulting mass lay on the base cake. And put on 10 minutes in a freezer.
Remove and place on top of the apples and they pour out the remaining mass.
Knock form on the table in order to evenly distribute the weight.
Do not frighten pets.
Our cat has always resorted to the kitchen in such moments, to check if everything is OK or whether it needs help.
The cake is ready, remove it in the refrigerator, allow to harden and can have.

Beauty I do still a layer of jelly.
For this I squeeze orange juice and mix with caramel, which is glass with apples.
I weighed 200 g, bring to the boil, stir gelatin and pour the cooled down state on the surface of the cake.
This should be done when the surface is a little "grab".
