Cabbage rolls with ground beef
- Trim the head of cabbage at the stump and remove the top leaves. I got 12 pieces.
- Place a large pot of water on the fire until boiling.
- Salt boiled water.
- Dip the leaves in water and blanch for 1-2 minutes.
- When the leaves have become plastic, remove them in a colander.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Chop the remaining cabbage.
- For lean mince, add bacon.
- Cut the bacon into small cubes.
- Also chop the red onion.
- Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Add bacon and fry a little.
- Lay out the onion.
- When the onions are fried, lay out the cabbage, celery stalk.
- Salt the cabbage. Reduce heat.
- Simmer cabbage until half cooked.
Turn on the oven at 200 ° C degrees.
- Put coarsely chopped onions and carrots in a frying pan.
- Add the leftover pumpkin and celery stalk here.

- Now add red wine as desired.
- Add salt, black pepper, thyme.
- Put out everything together for about 15 minutes and turn it off.
- For a more harmonious taste, add half a teaspoon of sugar.
- Put in a dish for stewing stuffed cabbage.
- Add beef frash to the cabbage. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
- Add ground bread or bread crumbs here.
- Mix everything again.
- Divide the minced meat into the desired amount of cabbage rolls.
Wrap stuffed cabbage:
- Take a large sheet, cut out the rough part.
- Take a small sheet and place on top.
- Put the bun on the leaves and wrap in cabbage, alternately bending the edges.
- Squeeze out with your hands, giving a round shape.
- Place cabbage rolls in a bowl with sauce.
- Cover with foil and place in the oven for at least an hour.
