"Liquid" blood and clean intestines are the key to health! We make a nice green chlorophyll drink two in one, which simultaneously cleanses the intestines and reduces blood viscosity. Let's take 2 birds with one stone and we will be healthy, dear friends!
Ingredients:
1. Ginger root - 1x1 cm (great blood cleaner and resembles intestines in shape, it kills harmful bacteria well)
2. Mint - a bunch (dilates blood vessels and improves blood circulation, improves digestion, therefore in cafes and restaurants, after eating, they bring mint gum so that the client and them;) have no problems if suddenly the food is somehow "didn't go")
3. Ground black pepper - a pinch (enhances the absorption and assimilation of food, cleans the blood from intracellular parasites)
4. Lemon - a wedge (anti-thickening agent and stimulation of gastric acid production)
5. Spring water - 1 glass (thinner and source of life)
(Chlorophyll in mint cleanses the blood + vitamin C from lemon improves liver and intestinal function).
Preparation
We take mint leaves (you can with stems), wash it well, cut it with scissors into a blender container, add a piece of ginger (peel it off), throw in a slice lemon (you can not peel it), pour black pepper, add warm water (if it's hot, you can use cold, but warm water always works more efficient).
Then we twist everything together for about 1.5 minutes, filter through a strainer with large holes and the mint-lemon-ginger drink is ready. It is drunk in small sips for 10 minutes, consumed in the morning (before or after meals).
