Hurrah! Finally, the figs are ripe. Yes, so sweet and meaty (Vegetable "meat"). Figs are a miracle of nature (both nourish and cleanse the body).
A useful natural sweetness that can easily replace sugar, all sweeteners and even honey (it is also not useful when mixed with other products and in large quantities).
Let's make a sweet fig-banana treat (figs are rich in potassium K, and bananas are magnesium in Mg).
Ingredients:
1. Figs - 5 pieces
2. Banana - 1 piece
3. Carob - 1 tbsp. the spoon
4. Flax seed - 2 tablespoons
5. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
In the evening, we prepared food: soaked flax in room temperature water so that the seed "woke up" and activated, washed the banana (no need to peel it) and figs, cut off the fig tails.
In the morning, they placed flax seeds in a blender container, added carob and warm water (a third of a glass), twisted for 40 seconds until a thick flaxseed mass. Then put banana pulp and figs. Beat again for about 1 minute.
We put the delicacy in a glass and bon appetit (it "comes in" well, especially in the morning). Such "live" sweetness is much healthier than some kind of margarine sweetness that clogs blood vessels.
