I love cherries. I can have it in the season, while the jaw does not negate from the acid. And of course try to prepare it for the winter. One of my favorite pieces. In Soviet times, this preform is called: "Compote baby food".

INGREDIENTS
pitted cherries 1 kg
sugar 400 g
water 260 ml

Cherries in syrup in the winter without cooking

The most important condition for this recipe - berries must be flawless. If the berry is tainted, then the bank shot. So the first thing - it good bust cherry. If the remains of cherry juice, it should be used in preparing the syrup, just to replace the quantity of water, the amount of cherry juice.

Of course need the cover and clean the banks (I, 250 g).

I prefer this convenient capacity, "Opened - I ate".

Banks need a good wash (preferably with soda), not necessarily sterilized.

Put them in a low wide pan, or griddle tushilku.

Spread the cherry on the banks.

To fill this cherry is used 60% syrup.

Pour the sugar in a saucepan and pour the water back to the juice. Include a small heating and ensure sugar is dissolved. Not to bring the syrup to a boil until the sugar dissolves.

When the sugar has dissolved and boiled syrup, remove the foam off the heat and pour hot cherry syrup.

Cover the jar. Pour boiling water over the pan, where the banks are located. Bring to the boil for 10-12 minutes and sterilized.

After that, banks tighten, turn and leave until cool.

you can write on each bank - "Winter is coming."
