I cook IT WITHOUT OVEN, IN JUST 30 minutes! BOMB CAKE IN A FAN. No one even guessed that I was cooking it without an oven. The cake needs a minimum of ingredients, but it tastes incredibly tasty. It is easy and quick to cook, the cakes are baked quickly, so it will not take more than 30 minutes to cook.

Recipe:
For cakes:
Sour cream 15% -200gr.
Salt -1 / 4 tsp.
Soda -1 tsp (to repay)
Sugar -150gr.
Flour -300-350gr.
For the cream:
Sour cream 20% -500gr.
Powdered sugar -2-3 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
Put 200 grams of sour cream with 15% fat in a bowl, add 150 grams of sugar, 1 tsp. soda, a little salt, extinguish soda with lemon juice or vinegar. We mix.
Now add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Flour will need 300-350 grams. The dough should be soft, elastic, stick to your hands only slightly. The dough is ready. Divide it into 8 pieces, each weighing about 80 grams.
Take one cone and roll out a circle with a diameter of 22 cm. Cut out with a suitable plate or lid. Roll out 9 cake layers from the scraps.
We warm up the pan and bake the cakes over low heat so that they have time to cook. I have 9 modes, I cook on 5 modes. Turn over and prepare the second side. It takes 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
We do the same with the rest of the cakes. Let's prepare sour cream. Mix sour cream 500 grams 20% fat with powdered sugar 2-3 tbsp. Mix with a whisk. If you beat with a mixer, the cream will become too runny.
We collect the cake, coat the cakes with sour cream and lay on top of each other. Lubricate the top and sides of the cake. Sprinkle the sides with chopped walnuts.
Pour chocolate on top in a spiral and make stains with a wooden skewer. You can turn one cake into crumbs and sprinkle on the cake, lightly frying the crumbs in a pan until golden brown.
The cake is soaked very quickly, literally in 30 minutes it can already be cut and tasted. Very soft and delicious. Prepare such a cake, and your family will definitely thank you.
