When the zucchini are all concerned with the same problem - where to accommodate them. I offer another very simple, but nevertheless worthy squash recipe - vegetable casserole.
INGREDIENTS:
• 600 g of zucchini
• 150 g of onion
• 50 g of leek
• 100 g of carrots
• clove of garlic
• 4 eggs
• a bunch of parsley
• 150 g of soft cheese (suluguni, ricotta, mozzarella)
• salt and pepper to taste
Classic casserole of zucchini
wash young zucchini. Remove the seeds.

Cut the onion into strips. Finely chop the garlic, onion half rings.
Carrots just grate.
